3. Ordering
3.1. By placing an order, you offer to purchase products subject to these Terms.
3.2. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us.
3.3. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1. All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
4.2. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via the payment methods provided on the website.
4.3. We are not responsible for any bank or transaction fees incurred.
5. Delivery
5.1. We aim to deliver products within the estimated timeframes but do not guarantee delivery dates.
5.2. Delivery costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
5.3. Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery.
6. Returns and Refunds
6.1. You have the right to return products within 7 calendar days of receipt if they are unopened and in original condition, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), South Africa.

6.3. Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
